Privacy notice

Guardian Facility Group, LLC, operating through Guardian Digital Ventures, uses contact, billing, scope, authorization and sanitized system materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate fit, administer an accepted order, perform the agreed review, deliver results and handle corrections.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA or recovery codes, production database access, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, customer lists, regulated personal data or confidential third-party material that you are not authorized to provide.

Contact and payment

This website has no form, analytics, advertising tracker or embedded checkout. Clicking an email link opens your email provider. PayPal processes invoices and payments under its own terms and privacy practices.

Engagement materials

The exact processor and handling path for customer materials will be disclosed and agreed before intake. Customer material will not be entered into a third-party AI service without customer authorization and a verified handling path. Working copies are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the correction window closes, unless shorter deletion is requested and feasible or longer retention is legally required. Business, payment and tax records may be retained as required.

Your requests
