Secure hosted payment
Pay an existing Guardian invoice.
Guardian uses PayPal-hosted checkout. Methods currently enabled on Guardian's PayPal account are PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay, and debit or credit cards. The options a customer sees depend on device, location and PayPal eligibility.
Pay online
- Enter the exact approved invoice total.
- Enter the Guardian invoice number in the required reference field.
- Confirm the seller is Guardian Facility Group, LLC before approving payment.
This customer-set amount link is only for existing Guardian invoices. It does not create or approve a new order.

Include the Guardian invoice number with any mailed payment or return. Do not mail cash or card information. Contact billing@guardianfacilitygroup.com before mailing a payment, and contact returns@guardianfacilitygroup.com for return authorization and instructions.
Payment safety
Do not send card numbers, bank information, passwords or authentication codes by email. Guardian never asks customers to bypass the PayPal checkout confirmation screen.
